Since being founded in 2010, WindReach has been involved in some leading-edge and exciting initiatives, placing us at the centre of some key developments in government and in our professional circles.

• We've supported a wide range of Chief Audit Executives across government in strategic assignments, building excellence in their teams and positioning their functions strategically to address evolving challenges;
• We've worked closely with Deputy Ministers, Chief Financial Officers and senior leaders to conduct organizational reviews and diagnostics of their control frameworks and to design innovative and 'next generation' risk management methods;
• We've continued our close relationship with the Office of the Comptroller General and have led a number of important government-wide audit and advisory projects in the areas of governance, performance management and strategic direction;
• We've partnered with the University of Ottawa to deliver the core curriculum for government Departmental and Agency Audit Committee members, focusing on risk management, internal audit, management control and values and ethics; and,
• We are actively building and sustaining the profession of internal audit at the local, national and international levels through our work with the Institute of Internal Auditors.
